I fininshed a Christmas Project!!!

I created advent calendars using mini muffin pans (need 24 spaces), fun papers, ribbon, die cuts, brads, whatever I had to cute them up. You can not tell from the pictures but I used glimmer mist on them to give them a little shimmer.

Saturday Fun

Beth was in charge of the project today and she provided a great one!
She had 2 different SU chip board and paper kits to make Christmas decorations, one was the Country Living special kit and the other was the ornaments kits from the mini catalog.

We used Xyron, glitter, ribbon, brads and lots of glue to create these beautiful decorations.

Paulette, Mary, Karla and Beth, wished a Happy Birthday to Pam!

No class next Saturday, I will be out of town,

Love to you all

Big Update

Sorry I was not with it last week and did not get the pictures on, but I have a big update today.

Last Saturday Paulette had us working with acetate, glass Christmas balls and rub ons. She had many rub on options to choose from, I picked snowmen(say it ain't so) , everyone picked a favorite theme. We created a card using the rub ons. We found some came off easily and others "were the devils butterflies" to quote Beth.
We also used the rub ons to decorate clear glass balls, you could insert "snow" or iridescent raffia to add an accent inside the ball.
Mary, Pam, Beth, Lois and I loved Paulette's project.

Today we had two teachers, Mary and Lois.

Mary did a winter card (not her style at all), this cute little snowman went together fast.
Card Stock - SU Wild Wasabi, Real Red, Very Vanilla
Paper - SU Designer Series
Black Ink, Real Red Ribbon and Marker.

Mary's second card used Ginger Blossom Designer Series Paper, Groovy Guava and Very Vanilla CS, Close to Cocoa Ribbon, a library little clip and scallop punch.

Lois made us think and stamp at the same time, good thing we had Mary's cards to warm up on. Lois passed out 2 brown lunch bags and white card stock.
Bag 1 : is the cardBag 2 is the envelope

Karla, Pam, Beth, Paulette and I had a great time making these cards!

I will update Tuesdays cards in a day or two.

Love you all!
