2 weeks at one time

We meet on Valentine's Day but I did not get the update completed that weekend. Doug and I went to the Cities to see Suzanne and Bill, for the long weekend and her 28th birthday. We had a great time, dinner at PF Chang's (delish) and a cute spot in Suzanne's neighborhood called YUM! and it was. They took me all over to see scrapbook and rubber stamps stores, could not find a lot of acrylics but did pick up beautiful papers and ribbon.

Any way, back to stamping.... Lois hosted a SU book party on Feb 10, Susan became an honorary Tramp for the night and showed us a bleach technique, new embosslits, texture plates and sweet color combinations. Ann Johnson also joined us for the first time and we did not scare her off and she will be a Tuesday stamper. The group included Peg, Paulette, Beth, Pam, Gwen, Joyce, Karla, Mary and me.

Saturday the 14th Pam provided a breath of spring card to lift our winter dull drums. Some time I will learn how to turn these pictures around.

We worked on a St Patrick's card for the assisted living that I put together.

Stamps : Pinch Proof (courtesy of Mary)
Paper : Green galore, white and basic black
Ink : Green galore and versa mark
Etc : MS shamrock punch, SU spiral punch, pop dots

Yesterday (2-21) Paulette showed us adorable hat cards, she had the templates and a stash of embelishments to rival Karla, LOL. We all picked different papers, ribbons and flowers to make it our own. Here are my cards. The group included Mary, Pam, Beth, Lois, Paulette and me; Karla was with her sister in IA and the birthday girl Peg was absent.

I am working on baby scrapbooks, Suzanne and Bill's good friends Katie and Joe had a baby girl in January and one of my co-workers will be having her first grandchild in May.

Love to you all

The gangs all here!!!

Can you believe it all the Saturday Tramps together.

Doug thought the din was a little above normal and when he left to get his bagel he found out why. Back row Pam, Mary, Paulette, Beth, Karla, front row me, Peg and Lois. We had a great time with Mary's card, we had a refresher course with the "stamp a ma jig" to aid with the 2 step stamping.
Stamps: Dream a little
Paper: Kiwi kiss, pacific point, baja breeze and white CS
Ink: Pacific point, baja breeze and kiwi kiss
Extras: pacific point ribbon

Friday night a few of us went to Susan's stamp a stack, the cards were cute and used fun sets and color combos.
See you on Tuesday at Harvey Dunn
